FEATURES While most GMT timepieces indicate the second time zone with an additional hand, the Montblanc 1858 GMT presents the GMT indication without hands in an intuitive and legible way. The Montblanc 1858 GMT indicates the second time zone with a red square that moves around the outside of the dial. This red square is positioned next to a fixed blue anodized aluminum bezel with a 24-hour disc. This system also indicates the half hours. Other functions include the date and central seconds hand. The timepiece is housed in a 42 mm stainless steel case and features a blue sunburst dial and an interchangeable stainless steel bracelet with refined tapers and adjustments for a perfect fit. An engraving on the case back shows the continents, oceans and city names in each of the 24 time zones, providing an indication of universal time.
