Montblanc Watch 1858 Geosphere WorldTimer Titanium Dial Black Sand The Montblanc 1858 product line is inspired by the Minerva professional watches of the 1920s and 1930s, designed for military use and exploration. Reinterpreting these legendary timepieces, the Montblanc 1858 product line expresses the spirit of desert exploration, embodying the modern trend of returning to nature. The Montblanc 1858 Geosphere is dedicated to the mountaineering challenge of the seven summits of the world, the holy grail of mountaineering adventures. It comes in a 42mm titanium case combined with contrasting Black and Sand design details, which find inspiration in the colors of the Gobi desert. The watch features a world-made complication developed by Montblanc watchmakers in Villeret: two domed globes that rotate in opposite directions, completing a full rotation in 24 hours. Both are surrounded by a scale with 24 time zones, along with a day and night indication in contrasting colors. This provides an instinctive way to appreciate different time zones, aided by SuperLumiNova applied to continents for greater visibility and performance at night. The watch is finished with a vintage bi-material technical bracelet in matte satin titanium and polished stainless steel.
