RETURN POLICY

Wondersmall guarantee the full satisfaction on your purchase.

If, within 14 days of delivery of the goods, you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can request their return. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to any professional activity carried out.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until the consumer has provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14 day period has expired. The customer will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The customer is responsible only for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, that is:

- Lack the original packaging;
- Lack of elements of the product;
- Damage to the product for other reasons than transportation


PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For exercising the right of withdrawal it is necessary to follow these simple steps:

- If you are a Registered Customer, login to the site and connect to the area My Account → Open Return Ticket and specify the following information:

  1. the order with respect to which you intend o open the RMA
  2. the products of the order with respect to which you intend to open the RMA (total or partial RMA)
  3. if the product packaging has been opened, or not
  4. the type of request RMA: Refund or Replacement

- Once created the Return Ticket, our Staff will send a confirmation e-mail containing the Return Authorization Code;

- Proceed then, withing 14 days, using a courier of your choice, to ship the product carefully packed in its original packaging and complete with all that originally contained. Ensure the shipment against theft and against damage from transportatio. If the returned products have not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in case of damage or loss during transport, Wondersmall reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred by holding them from amounts to be refunded

- Wondersmall will refund the cost of goods shipped and the first shipping expenses within 14 working days of the dispatch of the goods by the same payment method used by the consumer, unless otherwise expressed will by the consumer himself.
