A hundred years ago, Citizen changed the world of watchmaking forever with the launch of its first pocket watch. Today, that legacy continues with the brand's latest Attesa. Inspired by the patiently formed layers of the Earth's crust, the new chronograph is a unique embodiment of Citizen watchmaking, using over a century of expertise to combine meticulous design with incredible functionality. Joining the cutting-edge Attesa watch collection, the crisp chronograph features a scratch-resistant Super Titanium case with black DLC coating, measuring 44.6 mm in diameter. Secured to the wrist via a matching bracelet to solidify the watch’s lightweight and durable construction, a blue world time bezel hints at the watch’s high-tech capabilities, while a duo of chronograph pushers and crown guards provide an elegant, sporty touch. A three-register chronograph is at work on the Earth-inspired dial, with pops of green, purple and blue adding crystalline dimensionality along with the utility of a date display. Other advanced features include world time in 27 cities (40 time zones), a 1/20-second chronograph, dual time zones, a coordinated universal time (UTC) display, a perpetual calendar, as well as daylight saving time, power reserve and light level indicators. The ultra-scratch-resistant Attesa is powered by Citizen's proprietary Eco-Drive technology, so it never needs a battery. Water resistant to 100 meters. Caliber F950.
