The Il Magnifico Egyptian Marble collection is the sixth edition inspired by Lorenzo dè Medici, the most powerful and enthusiastic patron of Renaissance culture in Italy during his reign as ruler of the Florentine Republic, an emblematic figure of the Florentine Renaissance, and its sponsorship of artists such as Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo.<br/> With this pen we want to celebrate his great passion for art . The body of the pens in the collection is in fine Egyptian marble, aged bronze and brass.<br/>This limited edition pen has all the features that make the Il Magnifico series famous and blends them with marble, transforming this writing instrument into a work of art.The pen is made of fine Egyptian marble, aged bronze and brass, all elements combined with deep research by our craftsmen. The cap and the bottom of the bronze pen are decorated with engravings of the Florentine Fleur de Lis, symbol of the Medici coat of arms during the Renaissance. The nib is 18 KT gold..The octagonal shape of the pen recalls the eight sides of the Baptistery of San Giovanni Battista and is echoed in all its components, from the cap to the back.<br/>The loading system used is the Power Filler, which joins the bayonet lock and the Ponte Vecchio clip for a writing instrument in perfect Visconti style.FEATURES
